We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Our shipping timelines depend on whether your order contains standard (non-custom) products or personalized items.

 

Non-Custom Products

 

All standard, non-custom orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving the order. This applies to products that do not require decoration services (embroidery, DTF, or laser engraving).

 

Custom Products (Embroidery, DTF, Laser Engraving)

 

For all products requiring custom decoration, the production and shipping time will be determined by the complexity and size of your specific order.

The total shipping cost and estimated transit time will be formally quoted to you at the time your design proof is approved. This ensures the most accurate pricing and delivery timeline before production begins.

 

General Shipping Information

 

  • Tracking: All shipments will include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays.

  • Transit Time: Please note that shipping times are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day your order is placed. The carrier's quoted transit time begins after the 3-business-day processing window for non-custom items.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We strive to ensure every order is produced to the highest standard. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

 

Custom Item Guarantee & Final Sale

 

Because every item we produce is uniquely created for you—whether through custom embroidery, DTF printing, or laser engraving—we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on personalized products.

All custom-decorated items are final sale.

  • If you believe there was an error in production that deviates from your approved design proof, please contact us immediately.

 

Returns on Non-Custom Products

 

If you have purchased a non-custom item, you may return or exchange it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for verifiable manufacturing or workmanship flaws.

  • The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.

  • The item must be free of damage, odors, or signs of wear.

 

Inspection and Quality Control

 

Before any order leaves our facility, we conduct a thorough, multi-point inspection to check for any flaws or defects. This ensures the product you receive meets both your expectations and our high quality standards.
